Internet graphic	Bitmap	A bitmap is a picture made up of tiny pixels. Pixels are all the same size except the colour and if you enlarge the picture you can see them (square shapes).	The final file will be saved as a JPEG
Van sign graphic	Vector	A vector is a image that unlike a bitmap is made up lines rather than pixels. This means that you can enlarge the picture and edit it without it becoming blurry and this is why I chose it for a van sign.	The final file will be saved as a EPS, AI.
Brochure	Bitmap	For a brochure you would want to use a bitmap because the picture is generally medium-high quality but produces larger file sizes. Also bitmaps only looks pixelated if you zoom in.	The final file will be saved as a PDF
